You can print a document or photo from a computer. In addition to a basic printing method, the machine offers various other printing methods. You can select a printing method that fits your purpose or environment.
Using a Driver to Print Data
You can print documents and photos via a printer driver installed on a computer connected to the machine.
* You can also print from an external network via the Internet or use a print server to reduce the load on each computer during printing.
Printing with Enhanced Security
In order to prevent printed documents from being left unattended, stolen, or copied without permission, you can set a PIN and send the data to the printer or embed invisible background text (Secure Watermark) such as "TOP SECRET" when printing.
