Checking the Login Service
Check that the login service is set to User Authentication.
Check the login service using Remote UI from a computer. You cannot use the control panel to check this information.

Log in to Remote UI as an administrator. Starting Remote UI

On the Portal page of Remote UI, click [Settings/Registration]. Remote UI Portal Page

Click [User Management] 
[Authentication Management] [Authentication Service Information].
[Authentication Management] [Authentication Service Information].The [Authentication Service Information] screen is displayed.

Check that the login service is set to User Authentication.

Log out from Remote UI.
