Enabling and Disabling the Personalization Function
The personalization function enables login users to use the machine with customized settings. You can enable or disable the personalization function, as needed.
Use the control panel to configure the settings. You cannot configure the settings using Remote UI from a computer. Administrator privileges are required.
Required Preparations

Log in to the machine as an administrator. Logging In to the Machine

On the control panel, press [
Settings/Registration] in the [Home] screen or other screen. [Home] Screen

Press [Management Settings] 
[Device Management] [Personal Settings] [Enable Use of Personal Settings].

Enable or disable the personalization function.

Press [OK].
The settings are applied.
