Options with Finishing Functions

The option required varies depending on the finishing function you want to use. The list below shows the options available according to the finishing function.

Options with Sorting Functions

Types of Sorting Functions

Collate
Outputs paper after sorting the copies into sets with the same page order as the original, when you print multiple copies of a multi-page original.
Group
Outputs the specified number of copies after grouping each page of the original together, when you print multiple copies of a multi-page original.
Offset
Offsets the output position per copy or per page.
Rotate 90 Degrees
Outputs the paper after rotating it 90 degrees alternately per copy or per page.

Options with Stapling Functions

Types of Stapling Functions

Corner
Outputs paper after stapling the corner of the paper for each copy or for a certain number of pages.
Double
Outputs paper after stapling two edges of the paper for each copy or for a certain number of pages.
Saddle Stitch
Outputs paper after folding each set of copied paper in half and stapling the crease in two locations.
Staple-Free
Outputs paper after crimping the corner of the paper without using a staple for each copy or for a certain number of pages.
You can easily remove the paper by pressing the crimped part with your finger, which is convenient for saving staples and to temporarily bind paper.
Manual Staple
You can insert printed paper into the slot to manually staple the corner of the paper.
This is convenient when you want to re-staple the original after removing the staple in order to scan the original.

Types of Folding Functions

Z-Fold
Outputs printed paper after folding the right half of the paper into three sections.
Saddle Fold
Outputs the paper after folding the printed paper in two. You can also fold multiple sheets of paper at a time.
Saddle C-Fold
Outputs printed paper after dividing the paper into three sections and folding it inward in the shape of a C. You can also fold multiple sheets of paper at a time.
