System Manager Password or ID and PIN Are Lost
Contact the administrator to check whether the "Administrator" password or System Manager ID and System Manager PIN when using Department ID Management were changed from the default settings.
If Not Changed from the Default Settings
"Administrator" password: 7654321
System Manager ID: 7654321
System Manager PIN: 7654321
* If they have not been changed from the default settings, change them for enhanced security, and allow only certain administrators to know this information.
If You Lost the "Administrator" Password
You can perform the procedure below on the control panel to initialize the password for the "Administrator" user.
Press [ ] [Device Info./Other] [Initialize Admin. Password] enter the license key press [Start] [OK] |
If the "Administrator" user has been disabled, it is enabled again so that you can log in with the default password.
NOTE
If you still cannot reset the "Administrator" password or recover your System Manager ID or PIN even after confirming the above information, contact your dealer or service representative.
