Paper Deck and Drawer

Load paper that you usually use into the paper deck and drawer. Loading Paper in the Paper Deck and Paper Drawer

Lock release lever

Move the paper guides while holding the lock release lever.

Paper guides

Align the paper guides against the edges of the paper to properly place the paper.

Tab feeding attachment

When loading tab paper, remove the tab feeding attachment from its original position and place it so that it is aligned with the mark for A4 size paper. Loading Tab Paper in the Paper Drawer

Envelope feeder attachment

Install this to load envelops in the paper drawer. Orientation for Loading Envelopes (Paper Drawer)

Fixing screw

Fix the paper guide at the front.

NOTE

Attaching Paper Size Labels

Attach labels indicating the paper size to make it easier to see the type of paper loaded in the paper drawers.

It is recommended to attach the labels approximately 5 mm (1/4") below the number labels.
