Sent Faxes Are Not Output in a Clean State

A possible cause may be that the platen glass or feeder is dirty, or the send settings are not proper. Check the following.

Clean the platen glass or feeder. If cleaning does not improve the results, the recipient's fax machine may be a cause.

Are the send settings correct?

Did you change the default send settings?
