Exporting Documents in Libraries

You can save a document or folder in a library to the local computer.

Exporting from the Tool Button or [File] Menu

You can export a document or folder in a library and save it to the local computer.
1.
Select a document(s) and/or folder(s) to export from the File List View Pane.
Or, select a folder or library in the Navigation Pane.

Click (Export) on the Toolbar.
Or, follow one of the steps described below.
Select the [File] menu > [Export].
Right-click and select [Export].
The [Browse] dialog box is displayed.
Note
If buttons are not displayed on the Desktop Browser Toolbar, set the buttons on the Toolbar. For more information, see the following.

Specify the save destination of the files, folders, and/or libraries and click [OK].
The files, folders, and/or libraries are saved to the local computer.

Exporting Using the Drag and Drop Operation

You can drag and drop documents and folders from a library and save them in the local computer.
1.
Select a document(s) and/or folder(s) to export from the File List View Pane.
Or, select a folder or library in the Navigation Pane.
2.
Drag and drop the documents, folders, and/or libraries into the desired location in the local computer.
The documents, folders, and/or libraries that you dragged and dropped are saved in the chosen location in the local computer.

Exporting Using the Copy & Paste Operation

1.
Select and copy a folder or document that you want to save in a Windows folder from the File List View Pane, and then paste it in the Windows folder.
The documents, folders, and/or libraries that you pasted are saved in the chosen location in the local computer.
