Displaying from Shortcuts

When you use a shortcut to a folder/document in a library, you can access the folder/document even when Desktop Browser is not running.
For details on how to create shortcuts to folders or documents, see the following.
Double-click the shortcut to a folder/document to display the folder/document in the associated library.
Note
You cannot select more than one shortcut to display the associated folders or documents.
Follow one of the steps below to manually refresh the Desktop Browser display.
Click  (Refresh) on the address bar.
Select the [View] menu > [Refresh].
Press the [F5] key on the keyboard.
In addition, refer to the following as necessary.

Select the shortcut to the folder or document, and click (Open) on the Toolbar.
Or, follow one of the steps described below.
Select the shortcut to the folder or document, right-click it, and select [Open].
Double-click the shortcut to a folder or document.
Select the shortcut to a folder or document and then press the [Enter] key on the keyboard
Folders saved in the File List View Pane or selected documents are displayed.
When you use a document shortcut, the application associated with the document starts and displays the document.
Note
If buttons are not displayed on the Desktop Browser Toolbar, set the buttons on the Toolbar. For more information, see the following.
If Desktop Browser is not started, Desktop Browser starts up and displays the document.
When double-clicking a shortcut to a Document Server Library or SharePoint Server Library for which no connection has been established, or to a folder or document in the library on the network drive that requires authentication, you need to connect to the site or library.
