Printing after Previewing in the Document Binder Screen

If you select the [Use Print Settings of Template When Printing] as well as the [Check preview with Document Binder before printing] check boxes during the configuration of the printer output icon, Document Binder is activated when printing a document using the icon.
This enables you to preview the document in Document Binder, and specify the number of copies and the pages to print.
Note
If you are using a binder document, the print settings stored in the binder document are used when printing. For details on the print settings, see the following.
Also see the following as necessary.

Select a document/folder to print in the File List View Pane, and click (printer output icon).
Or, drag and drop the document/folder on (printer output icon).
When you select a single document, Document Binder starts and the print preview of the document is displayed. Proceed to step 4.
When you select multiple documents or folders, the [Multiple Document Order Settings] dialog box is displayed. In this case, proceed to step 2.
Note
When the selected documents contain a binder document, a confirmation message appears to inform you that any existing print settings for that binder document will not be reflected when printing. In this case, click [OK]. When the [Do not show this message again] check box is selected, this message will not appear again.
Highlighting is removed from highlighted, unread documents in a monitored folder.

Select a document in [Document Processing Order] and click [Up] or [Down] to specify the order of printing the documents.
Note
You can add documents/folders to the [Multiple Document Order Settings] dialog box by dragging and dropping them.In this case, you can specify the position to add them.
When you drag and drop a folder, only the first level of the folder is added. The second and subsequent levels are not added.

Click [OK].
Document Binder starts and the print preview of the document is displayed.

Confirm the preview display and select the [File] menu > [Print].
The [Print] dialog box is displayed.

You can also print the document by setting the number of print sets in , and pressing . You can also specify the following printing methods from the pull-down menu.

Select [Confirm before printing annotations] to select whether to print annotations when printing by pressing . However, annotations added with something other than Annotation Editor may be printed regardless of the selected settings, depending on the type of annotation.
[Settings] > [System Settings] > [Common Settings] > [Print/Fax] > [Print/Fax for Documents with Inserted Annotation] > [Select Process]
If you import an image whose width or height exceeds 482.6 mm (19 inches), it is reduced to fit inside 482.6 mm (19 inches), with the aspect ratio retained.
If a paper size is specified in [Output Size], the image is reduced to fit the specified paper size.
If [Auto] is selected in [Output Size], the image is reduced to fit the paper size specified in [Reduced Image Paper Size]. However, the specified paper size may vary from the paper size which is automatically selected when printing depending on the shape of the image.
[Settings] > [System Settings] > [Common Settings] > [Import] > [Reduced Image Paper Size]
When multiple output paper sizes are selected (for example, A4 and A3), the image is reduced to fit the larger paper size.
If information for the resolution is not included in the image, the image is converted to 96 dpi when reduced.
