Using the [Fax Sending Settings] Dialog Box
The following section describes how to fax documents using the [Fax Sending Settings] dialog box of Desktop.
You can send faxes using the fax output icons on the Desktop Browser screen.
When [Combine selected documents into one document with Document Binder to send fax] is selected in the fax output icon settings
When faxing a PDF document with [Prioritize Annotation Editor] set while the [Combine selected documents into one document with Document Binder to send fax] check box is not selected in the fax output icon settings
[Settings] > [System Settings] > [Browser] > [Edit/Operation Documents] > [Select Program for Opening PDF Document] > [Prioritize Annotation Editor]
