Moving/Duplicating Pages

The Document Binder screen enables you to move/duplicate pages in a binder document.
Moving/Duplicating within the Same Binder Document
Moving/Duplicating Pages into a Different Binder Document
In addition, refer to the following as necessary.

Moving/Duplicating within the Same Binder Document

1.
Select for the page that you want to move/duplicate in the [Page Tree] list in the Navigation Pane.
Or, follow one of the steps described below.
In the Preview Pane, select the pages to be moved
In the Preview Pane, click and drag the mouse pointer to select all the pages you want to move
If the [Page Tree] list is not displayed, see the following.
Note
By clicking (Chapter) in the [Page Tree] list, you can select all the pages included in a chapter.

Drag and drop the pages to the desired position in the [Page Tree] list.
Or, drag and drop the pages to the desired position in the Preview Pane.
When duplicating pages, do one of the following.
Drag and drop the pages to the desired position in the [Page Tree] list while holding down the [Ctrl] key on the keyboard.
Drag and drop the pages to the desired position in the Preview Pane while holding down the [Ctrl] key on the keyboard.
Note
You can undo or redo the last operation by selecting the [Edit] menu > [Undo]/[Redo].
If a variable field is set in a page, that variable field is also moved/copied.

Moving/Duplicating Pages into a Different Binder Document

You can move/duplicate pages into different binder documents.
1.
Select for the page that you want to move/duplicate in the [Page Tree] list in the Navigation Pane.
Or, follow one of the steps described below.
In the Preview Pane, select the pages to be moved
In the Preview Pane, click and drag the mouse pointer to select all the pages you want to move
If the [Page Tree] list is not displayed, see the following.
Note
By clicking (Document) in the [Page Tree] list, you can select all pages included in every chapter.
By clicking (Chapter) in the [Page Tree] list, you can select all the pages included in a chapter.

Drag and drop the pages onto the desired position in the [Page Tree] list of a different binder document while holding down the [Shift] key on the keyboard.
Or, drag and drop the pages to the desired position in the Preview Pane while holding down the [Shift] key on the keyboard.
When duplicating pages, do one of the following.
Drag and drop the pages to the desired position in the [Page Tree] list.
Drag and drop the pages to the desired position in the Preview Pane.
Note
You can undo or redo the last operation by selecting the [Edit] menu > [Undo]/[Redo].
If you use [Undo] in the source binder document, the moved page is restored, but the page remains in the destination binder document.
When using [Undo] in the binder document that you duplicated a page from, the page remains in the destination binder document.
If a variable field is set in a page, that variable field is deleted when moving/copying.
