Specifying Booklet Printing Settings

This section describes how to specify the booklet printing settings.
Note
When a Canon printer is selected and [Use print settings of Document Binder] is selected, these settings can be configured.
The print style setting is saved together with the binder document as the print setting information of the binder document.
You may be able to save paper by performing booklet printing.
1.
Select [Booklet Printing] from [Print Style] in the [Print Settings] tab in the Print Settings Pane.
The Preview Pane is updated and the setting items in the [Print Settings] tab are switched to the setting items for booklet printing.
Note
When a paper size for which booklet printing is not possible is selected in [Output Size], you cannot select [Booklet Printing]. In this case, select an output paper size for which booklet printing can be performed with your Canon printer.
2.
Select a method of specifying saddle stitch settings from [Saddle Stitch Setting] in the [Print Settings] tab.
Note
The saddle stitch settings that you can select differ according to the option configurations for printers that are selected in [Printer Name].

Select a booklet layout from [Book Opening] on the [Print Settings] tab.
4.
Click [Detailed Settings for Booklet] to set the detailed booklet settings.
