Important
Blocks deleted on a contents page created with Document Binder can be recreated by updating the page in Document Binder. However, if you move objects to a contents page, objects on that page are deleted when you update the contents in Document Binder.
Note
Even if the layout is changed due to a block being deleted, the position and size of annotations inserted into a binder document will not change.
You can manually move blocks lengthwise or widthwise. For more information on moving, see the following.
You can remove spaces (reduce margins) between blocks. For more information on how to reduce margins, see the following.
To delete objects individually, use the object edit mode. For information on deleting in the object edit mode, see the following.
Note
The block is divided at the position of the largest margin between objects included in the block.
Note
You can select multiple blocks shown in the Work Pane by clicking them while holding down the [Shift] or [Ctrl] key on the keyboard. However, you cannot select multiple blocks on different pages at a time. Blocks to be selected must be on a single page.
To select all the blocks on the left page on the Work Pane, select the [Edit] menu > [Select All].
To select all the blocks on the right page on the Work Pane, select the [Edit] menu > [Select All] with a block selected on the right page.
