If Quick Printing Tool has not yet been created, when starting Printer Monitor for the first time after installing Desktop, Quick Printing Tool is automatically created and opened.
The automatically created Quick Printing Tool uses the same IP address that of the printer/fax registered to the computer. If the printer and fax are not the same, it is created using the printer's IP address. If no printer is available, it is created using the fax's IP address. If there are multiple printer/fax combinations, it is created using the first applicable item in the following list.
