[User Information Settings] Dialog Box
Enables you to set a user name for print data and a PIN for secured printing.

Descriptions of Settings
[User Name]
Enables you to specify the user name for secured printing.
[PIN for Secure Print]
Enter a PIN of up to 7 numbers.
[Confirm User Information When Performing Secure Print]
Displays a dialog box for confirming the document name, user name, and PIN when executing secured printing.
[Confirm User Name When Printing]
When this setting is selected, the [Confirm User Name] dialog box is displayed when printing, and printing is executed with the entered user name.
[Display Previously Entered Information When Confirming]
When selected, the user name and PIN you entered last time are automatically displayed in the [Confirm User Information] dialog box or [Confirm PIN] dialog box displayed when printing.
[Default Value Settings]
In the [Default Value Settings] dialog box, you can set the default values for the user name and PIN.

Required condition: A computer with full control permission for the printer.

[Name to Set for User Name]
Enables you to specify the Windows logon name, computer name, or any desired name for the user name.
[PIN for Secure Print]
Enter a PIN of up to 7 numbers.
[Confirm User Information When Performing Secure Print]
Displays a dialog box for confirming the document name, user name, and PIN when executing secured printing.
[Confirm User Name When Printing]
When this setting is selected, the [Confirm User Name] dialog box is displayed when printing, and printing is executed with the entered user name.
[Do Not Allow User Name Changes]
Prohibits changes to the user name in the [User Information Settings] dialog box.
[Fix [User Information Settings]-[Confirm User Information When Performing Secure Print] Setting]
Fixes the [Confirm User Information When Performing Secure Print] setting to the setting configured in the [Default Value Settings] dialog box.
[Fix [User Information Settings]-[Confirm User Name When Printing] Setting]
Fixes the [Confirm User Name When Printing] setting to the setting configured in the [Default Value Settings] dialog box.
