Saddle Press Processing When Creating Saddle Stitched Booklets
When performing saddle stitched booklet printing, you can press the bound portion so that it is flattened.
When using [Saddle Stitch Setting] > [Fold + Saddle Stitch], this function may also be able to be configured in [Create Pamphlet] on the [Quick Settings Wizard] sheet.
1.
Display the [Basic Settings] or [Finishing] sheet.
2.
Select [Booklet Printing] from [1-sided/2-sided/Booklet Printing] or [Print Style].
3.
Select a finishing method from [Saddle Stitch Setting].
4.
Click [Booklet].
5.
In the displayed dialog box, display the [Booklet Settings] sheet.
6.
Select [Square Fold/Saddle Press] or [Saddle Press].
If you selected [Square Fold/Saddle Press], select the type of processing to perform.
7.
Specify the force of saddle press processing.
8.
Click [OK].
