Prohibiting Printing from a Computer
You can prohibit printing from a computer.
* When printing from a computer is prohibited, you can store the files from a computer to Mail Box, and then print the stored files from Mail Box.
This section describes how to configure the settings using Remote UI from a computer.
On the control panel, select [
Settings/Registration] in the [Home] screen or other screen, and then select [Function Settings] to configure the settings. [Restrict Printer Jobs]
Administrator or DeviceAdmin privileges are required.

Log in to Remote UI as an administrator. Starting Remote UI

On the Portal page of Remote UI, click [Settings/Registration]. Remote UI Portal Page

Click [Printer] 
[Restrict Printer Jobs].
[Restrict Printer Jobs].The [Restrict Printer Jobs] screen is displayed.

Select the [Restrict Printer Jobs] checkbox.

Click [OK].
The settings are applied.
