Restricting Printing
You can restrict printing from a computer, or configure the settings so that the machine does not immediately print received faxes. In addition to preventing printed documents from being left unattended or stolen, this also enables you to save paper by preventing unneeded printing.
Restricting Printing from a Computer
You can configure the settings to prevent printing from a computer, or to forcibly hold print data sent from a computer in the machine so that the data is not printed immediately.
You can also reduce the risks of data eavesdropping and tampering during communication by setting restrictions to allow only Encrypted Secure Print documents to be printed from a computer.
Restricting Printing of Faxes
You can configure the settings so that instead of immediately printing received faxes, the machine temporarily stores them in the memory of the machine or stores them to a storage location specified in advance.
