Address Book Types
The Address Book consists of multiple address lists (lists in which destinations are registered) that are suitable for different users and purposes.
When you specify a destination, you can use the Address Book of this machine or the Address Book of another machine on the network.
Destinations That Can Be Registered
E-mail addresses (e-mail and I-Fax)
File store locations (shared folder, file server, and Advanced Box)
Fax numbers
How to Register Destinations
You can register a destination by entering a name, e-mail address, fax number, and other information, or by using the TX Log or user information from the LDAP server.
Although you can register destinations with either the control panel or Remote UI, register destinations with the control panel when using the TX Log.
