Printing Documents on Hold Automatically When Logging In
When the Auto Print function is enabled, you can set the machine to automatically print your documents on hold when you log in to the machine.
* You can enable the Auto Print function in the detail settings when setting Forced Hold.
Configuring the Forced Hold Settings* Whether to enable Auto Print is set by each login user.
Use the control panel to configure the settings. You cannot configure the settings using Remote UI from a computer.

On the control panel, press [Personal Settings] in the [Home] screen.

Press [Auto Print User Jobs When Logging In].
The [Auto Print User Jobs When Logging In] screen is displayed.

Press [On]
[OK].
The [Personal Settings] screen is displayed again.

Press [Close].
The Auto Print function will be enabled when you log in the next time.
NOTE
Only the documents of the login user are printed automatically when the user logs in to the machine.
The Auto Print function is not available for Secure Print*1, Encrypted Secure Print, or encrypted PDF documents that require a PIN or password when printing.
When multiple documents of the login user are on hold, they are printed in the list order on the print screen.
