When multiple types of print data are displayed, select the type on the print screen to display the corresponding print data. You can also set the type that is displayed by default.

Documents of the Department ID for the group to which the login user belongs
* You cannot select [On] for [Group] only. Set either [Personal] or [Shared] to [On].

Set whether to require a PIN to be entered when operations are performed on documents protected with the Secure Print function.
[Require PIN for Printing/Displaying User Jobs]:
When this is set to [On], login users need to enter a PIN when they print their own held documents or display the preview screen.
* You can configure this setting when Picture Login is enabled and a PIN or pattern is not required.
[Always Require PIN/Pattern][Require PIN for Job Deletion]:
Configure the setting to require users to enter a PIN when they delete print data held in the machine.
