Troubleshooting

This section describes the procedures for resolving problems that occur when operating this software.
Cannot install this software.
Cause 1
The .NET Framework has not been installed.
Remedy
Install a version of the .NET Framework supported by this software.

Cause 2
WebView2 Runtime is not installed.
Remedy
If you cannot connect to the Internet, download the x64 version of the Evergreen Standalone Installer for WebView2 Runtime and install it with administrator privileges.
Settings not included in the file that was read are displayed.
Cause
If the settings information that is read does not contain all the items that can be edited with this software, items that are not included are automatically added and displayed.
Remedy

The intended settings are not reflected when device settings information output from this software is applied to a device.
Cause
The target items may not be included in the device settings information file output from this software.
Remedy
Create a device settings information file with the target items included.

This software cannot be executed normally.
Cause
The installed files may be damaged.
Remedy
Uninstall this software, and install it again.
The values of items that were not edited have been changed.
Cause
If you change the settings of items that affect other settings, those other settings are also automatically changed.

Cannot apply device settings information to a device.
Cause
The device to apply the information to may not support the security level set in the device settings information.
Remedy
Check the platform version of the device to apply the information to, and apply device settings information of a security level supported by the device. For details, see the following.
