Previewing the Search Results
You can preview documents displayed on the search screen.
1.
Perform a search.
The search results are displayed on the search screen.
For more information on search methods, see the following.
2.
Select a document to preview in the File List View Pane of the search screen.
The preview of the selected document is displayed in the Preview Pane.
If the Preview Pane is not displayed on the search screen, click 
(Show/Hide Preview Pane).

The following operations cannot be performed in the Preview Pane of the search screen:
Separate Document at Selected Page
Extract Selected Pages
Duplicate Selected Pages
Delete Selected Pages
When a document is being previewed on Desktop Browser screen, the document cannot be previewed on the search screen. Similarly, when a document is being previewed on the search screen, it cannot be previewed on Desktop Browser screen.
If a document is being previewed on Desktop Browser screen or the search screen and is opened again, the previous preview displayed will disappear.
When multiple documents are selected, the preview is not displayed.
