Searching Using the Saved Search Conditions

You can use any of the search conditions that you have saved by [Save Search Conditions] to search for a document or folder.

Searching in Desktop Browser

1.
Click the [Search Conditions] tab in the Navigation Pane.
2.
Select the search condition name, and click (Open) on the Toolbar.
Or, follow one of the steps described below.
Right-click the search condition name, and select [Open]
Double-click a search condition name
The search results are displayed on the search screen.

If buttons are not displayed on the Desktop Browser Toolbar, set the buttons on the Toolbar. For more information, see the following.

Click  (Change File List View) to switch the display of the search results between [Large Thumbnail], [Medium Thumbnail], [Small Thumbnail], and a [List].
You can preview the documents found in the search on the search screen. For more information, see the following.
Previewing the Search Results
To always display the search screen in front of Desktop Browser screen, click  (Display in Front of Browser), so that the icon will be in the  state.
The path to the library or folder to search is displayed in [Search Location] on the search screen. The saved search conditions are also displayed.

The search results are displayed on the search screen.
