Configuring Highlighting of Documents

When you specify monitoring target folders in Desktop Browser, the unread documents in the folders are highlighted.
The user can cancel manually those highlight display. The documents whose highlight setting was cleared can be specified to be highlighted and treated as unread documents again.

Note
If you open an unread document when the [Automatically mark unread documents as read when displayed] check box is selected, the document is deleted from the notification list. If you do not select this, the document will not become read and will not be deleted from the notification list. However, when it is updated, the update will be cleared.
[Settings] > [System Settings] > [Browser] > [Display Settings] > [Automatically mark unread documents as read when displayed]

Clearing the Highlighting of Documents

1.
Select the documents to clear highlighting for (making them read) in the File List View Pane.
2.
Click (Read) on the Toolbar.
Or, follow one of the steps described below.
Select [Tools] > [Read].
Right-click and select [Read].
Highlighting is cleared and they become read documents.
Note
To clear the highlight setting, the documents to be specified must be in monitoring target folders.
If buttons are not displayed on the Desktop Browser Toolbar, set the buttons on the Toolbar. For more information, see the following.

Reconfiguring the Highlighting of Documents

1.
Select the documents to reconfigure highlighting for (making them unread) in the File List View Pane.
2.
Click (Unread) on the Toolbar.
Or, follow one of the steps described below.
Select [Tools] > [Unread].
Right-click and select [Unread].
They are highlighted again and become unread documents.

To reconfigure the highlight setting, the documents to be specified must be in monitoring target folders.
