Confirming the Block Margin Amount

On the block edit mode screen of Object Layout Editor, you can check margin information with the [Block Margin Amount] gauge and messages, and use the [Collectively Reduce Margins] button and [Reduce Margins] button to reduce the margins.
In addition, you can also specify an area in which editing cannot be performed and reduce the margins.

Confirming the Information on Margins

The amount of margins in the document to be edited is indicated in the [Block Margin Amount] gauge with a white colored bar.
The amount of margins is calculated as the percentage of the total amount of height between blocks (excluding "blank pages") in the total amount of height of the whole document.
The icon and the message for the margins of document to be edited are also displayed.
The following messages are displayed in the Margin Amount Displaying Bar.

You may reduce the use of papers by reducing margins.
The percentage of the margins of document is larger than 20%.
This document has less margins.
The percentage of the margins of document is 20% or less.
The document is being calculated.
The percentage of the margins of document is being calculated.
X page is a blank page.
The document includes "blank pages."

The calculating time of the percentage of margins varies with documents or used system environments. During calculating, you can perform other operations with Object Layout Editor.
