Printing with Quick Printing Tool Using a Print Settings Template

You can print from the Quick Printing Tool using a print settings template in Document Binder. You can print multiple documents at the same time.
Note
You can use Document Binder to change the print settings in a print settings template. For more information, see the following.
The print settings template in the Quick Printing Tool must be selected in [Print Settings Template List] in the [iR-ADV Desktop Quick Printing Tool Menu Settings] dialog box in advance. For details on how to configure the settings, see the following.
When printing binder documents set with variable data from the Quick Printing Tool, normal printing is used. If you want to perform variable printing, see the following.
If the specified print settings template has been deleted from Document Binder, a message is displayed and printing cannot be performed. The print settings template will also no longer be displayed in the popup menu of the Quick Printing Tool. In this case, see the following to set the print settings template again.

Drag a document/folder to the Quick Printing Tool.
Note
The Quick Printing Tool is displayed in front if you press the [T] key on the keyboard while dragging, or near the mouse cursor if you press the [N] key on the keyboard while dragging.
You can change the settings assigned to the keys. For more information, see the following.
A popup menu is displayed.

Drop the file to [Print Settings Template].
The menu that the mouse cursor is currently over is highlighted in yellow.
When you drag and drop multiple documents or folders, the [Multiple Document Order Settings] dialog box is displayed. In this case, proceed to step 3. When you select a single document, printing is executed.
Note
If you right-click to select the document or folder, and drag and drop it to [Print Settings Template], the following menu is displayed.
[Document Processing Order]: Displays the [Multiple Document Order Settings] dialog box.
[Cancel]: Cancels printing.

Select a document in [Document Processing Order] and click or to specify the order to print the documents.

Click [OK].
Printing starts.
Note
If a PDF document is password protected, you are prompted to enter the password.
You cannot specify the number of copies to print.

The [Print] dialog box of the application used to created the document or the [Printing] dialog box may be displayed. In this case, select Desktop Document Writer as the output printer and print.
