This section describes the procedure for changing [Monitoring Mode] of this software and [Monitoring Method] of a device.
Changing [Monitoring Mode] of This Software from [Standard Mode] to [CCA Mode] and Changing [Monitoring Method] of a Device with the Cloud Connection Agent Function from [Polling] to [CCA]

Starting/Stopping the Operation of 12 Character Device IDs

Changing [Monitoring Mode] of This Software from [Standard Mode] to [CCA Mode] and Changing [Monitoring Method] of a Device with the Cloud Connection Agent Function from [Polling] to [CCA]

1.
Uninstall this software.
2.
Delete the target device from the Remote Monitoring Server, then register the device again.
3.
On the target device, configure or check the authentication information of a user with administrator privileges.
Configuring the Initial Device Settings
4.
Restart the target device.
5.
Reinstall this software, and configure the initial settings for monitoring with [CCA Mode].

6.
In this software, retrieve the device list from the Remote Monitoring Server.
Immediately Reflecting the Device Information Registered in the Remote Monitoring Server to This Software

Changing [Monitoring Method] of a Device with the Cloud Connection Agent Function from [Polling] to [CCA] when Operating This Software with [CCA Mode]

If the Cloud Connection Agent function has been added to a device with a firmware update, follow the procedure below to change [Monitoring Method] from [Polling] to [CCA].
1.
Delete the target device from the Remote Monitoring Server.
2.
Retrieve the device list from the Remote Monitoring Server.
Immediately Reflecting the Device Information Registered in the Remote Monitoring Server to This Software
This operation moves the target device to the list on the [Devices Removed from Management] tab.
3.
Delete the target device from the list on the [Devices Removed from Management] tab.
Removing Devices from This Software
4.
Register the target device to the Remote Monitoring Server again.
5.
Restart the device.
6.
In this software, retrieve the device list from the Remote Monitoring Server.
Immediately Reflecting the Device Information Registered in the Remote Monitoring Server to This Software

Starting/Stopping the Operation of 12 Character Device IDs

1.
Delete the target device from the Remote Monitoring Server.
2.
Retrieve the device list from the Remote Monitoring Server.

This operation moves the target device to the list on the [Devices Removed from Management] tab.
3.
Delete the target device from the list on the [Devices Removed from Management] tab.
