Configure the settings for copying.

* Values in red text indicate the default setting for each item.

Register the settings that suit your purposes and the settings that you want to recall as "Favorite Settings" to buttons. You can also change the names of registered buttons.
To register settings other than the default settings, configure the required settings on the copy screen, and then select this item.

Set whether to display the screen for confirming the settings when you call up "Favorite Settings."

Change the default settings for copying to those that are currently configured on the copy screen. Changing the Default Settings
When you press [ Reset] on the copy screen, the settings are reset to the default settings configured here.

* To restore the default settings to the factory default settings, press [Initialize].

* This setting can be configured by each login user.

* The shortcuts that can be configured vary depending on whether the Regular Copy screen or Express Copy screen is displayed for the copy screen. [Copy Screen Display Settings]

* This setting can be configured by each login user.

Set whether the machine automatically performs finishing with [Collate (Page Order)] when an original is placed in the feeder.

Set whether the machine automatically rotates the image of the copied original 90 degrees to match the orientation of the paper in the paper source, when the placed original and the paper loaded in the paper source are oriented differently.
When the copy ratio is set to 100%, only the images of standard size originals up to A4 or LTR size can be rotated.

Set the color modes that can be selected when copying.

Set whether to give priority to speed over precision when you copy an original placed in the feeder.

Set whether to insert a job separator between each set of grouped pages, when you make multiple copies using the "Group" setting to sort the copies by page. When you enable this setting, select the paper source in which the job separators are loaded.
