Printing Using an External Application from the Desktop Browser Screen

In the Desktop Browser screen, by using the [File] menu or the printer output icon registered in the Output Bar, you can launch the external application associated with the document to print it.
Note
Before printing your document using the Output Bar in the Desktop Browser screen, you must add a printer output icon to the Output Bar. To print the document from the Desktop Browser screen using an external application, you must configure the settings to deselect the [Use print settings of template when printing] check box. For more information on how to add and configure multiple documents, see the following.
If you change the name of the printer added to printer output icons in the Windows printer properties screen, you will not be able to print a document using the printer output icon.
If [Select Program for Opening PDF Document] is set to [Prioritize Annotation Editor], Annotation Editor opens when printing a PDF document.In this case, the annotation added to the PDF document is always printed.
[Settings] > [System Settings] > [Browser] > [Edit/Operation Documents] > [Select Program for Opening PDF Document]
In addition, refer to the following as necessary.

Select a document to print in the File List View Pane, and select the [File] menu > [Print].
Or, follow one of the steps described below.
Click (printer output icon)
Drag and drop the document on (printer output icon)
When you use the [File] menu, the [Print] dialog box is displayed.
When you use the printer output icon, a confirmation message is displayed.
Note
If you select more than one document, you cannot use the [File] menu > [Print]. You can use the printer output icon to print the documents instead.
Highlighting is removed from highlighted, unread documents in a monitored folder.

When the [Print] dialog box is shown, select a printer to use in [Printer Name] and click [OK].
 If a confirmation message appears, click [Yes].
The external application associated with the document starts and the document is printed.
Note
When the [File] menu is used, you can select from multiple printer drivers in Windows.
Some external applications may open the [Print] dialog box.
If, after printing, the application remains open and the <The printing process is taking some time, or a supported application related to documents may be running. Check the printer if printing has finished. Also, if a supported application related to the documents being processed is running, quit the supported application. Do you want to continue?> message is displayed, select [No].
