Before printing your document using the Output Bar in the Desktop Browser screen, you must add a printer output icon to the Output Bar. To print the document from the Desktop Browser screen using an external application, you must configure the settings to deselect the [Use print settings of template when printing] check box. For more information on how to add and configure multiple documents, see the following.
If you change the name of the printer added to printer output icons in the Windows printer properties screen, you will not be able to print a document using the printer output icon.
If [Select Program for Opening PDF Document] is set to [Prioritize Annotation Editor], Annotation Editor opens when printing a PDF document. In this case, the annotation added to the PDF document is always printed.
