By attaching options to the machine, you can increase the functionality of the machine and provide for more convenient operations.
The lists below show the options available according to your purpose and finishing function.

When Staple Finisher-AG or Booklet Finisher-AG is installed

Finisher Long Sheet Catch Tray-B

Enables the use of paper that exceeds 762 mm (30") in length in the feed direction. The tray can be loaded with 300 sheets up to 762 mm (30") in length, and 10 sheets from 763 to 1300 mm (30 1/8" to 51 1/4") in length. Finisher Long Sheet Catch Tray-B

Booklet Finisher-AG

Outputs printed and copied paper. You can staple paper, fold paper, and use other finishing functions. Staple Finisher-AG, Booklet Finisher-AG, Puncher Unit, and Booklet Trimmer-G

Paper Folding Unit-K

Enables you to fold paper using the following fold function when installed to the finisher. Paper Folding Unit-K

Z-fold

Half fold

Accordion Z-fold

C-fold

Double parallel fold

Document Insertion Unit-R

You can use paper loaded in Document Insertion Unit-R as a cover or sheet insertion. Document Insertion Unit-R

Puncher Unit

Punches holes in paper when installed to the finisher. Staple Finisher-AG, Booklet Finisher-AG, Puncher Unit, and Booklet Trimmer-G

Multi Function Professional Puncher-C

Long Sheet Tray-C

Install this to the finisher in order to use Long Sheet paper. Long Sheet Tray-C

Staple Finisher-AG

Outputs printed and copied paper. You can staple paper and perform other finishing functions. Staple Finisher-AG, Booklet Finisher-AG, Puncher Unit, and Booklet Trimmer-G

Long Sheet Tray-B

Finisher Jogger Kit-A

Installing Finisher Jogger Kit-A to Staple Finisher-AC or Booklet Finisher-AC allows the edges of output paper sheets to be aligned. Staple Finisher-AC, Booklet Finisher-AC, and Puncher Unit

Booklet Finisher-AC

Puncher Unit-A

Stack Bypass Alignment Tray-D

Attach this to the multi-purpose tray to enable the machine to reduce the amount of image misalignment on the paper (due to paper being fed at an angle). Stack Bypass Alignment Tray-D

Paper Deck Unit-E

Enables adding of a large-capacity paper source for loading large amounts of paper. Paper Deck Unit-E

Numeric Keypad

Enables use of the hard keys to operate the control panel instead of the on-screen buttons. Numeric Keypad

Utility Tray-B

Provides space for placing originals. Utility Tray-B

POD Deck Lite-C

Enables adding of a large-capacity paper source. POD Deck Lite-C

Side Guide Plate Fixing Bracket-A

Attach this to POD Deck Lite-C to enable the machine to reduce the shift amount when the paper is fed. Side Guide Plate Fixing Bracket-A

Envelope Feeder Attachment-G

Attach this to POD Deck Lite-C to enable you to load envelopes. Orientation for Loading Envelopes (POD Deck Lite-C) (Option)

Copy Tray-R

Install this to use finishing functions. Copy Tray-R

Multi-drawer Paper Deck-E

Provides three additional paper sources. Multi-drawer Paper Deck-E

Double Feeding Detection Kit-C

Enables the machine to detect when multiple overlapping sheets are fed together.

Envelope Feeder Attachment-H

Attach this to Multi-drawer Paper Deck-E to enable you to load envelopes. Orientation for Loading Envelopes (Multi-drawer Paper Deck-E) (Option)

Precautions When Using Options

When the finisher is installed, do not place your hands into areas of the tray where stapling is performed or into the rollers. This can result in injury.

Do not touch the operating parts of the finisher with your hands or fingers. This can result in injury or damage to the finisher.

Do not place your hands in the output area of the finisher when removing paper from the tray of the finisher. The tray may rise, trapping your hand.

IMPORTANT

Do not place anything under the tray of the finisher, as the position of the tray moves during copying and printing. This can damage the tray or cause a malfunction.

Do not place anything other than output paper on the tray of the finisher. This can damage the tray.
