IMPORTANT
Ensuring That the Correct Files and Data Will Be Imported
Before importing the files, make sure that the appropriate files are selected and the correct settings are configured.
The Address Book and settings will be overwritten when the files are imported. Depending on the settings, the machine may not function properly or the operations may be affected.
In particular, before importing the Department ID Management settings, check the administrator information included in the settings to be imported. Because the administrator information is overwritten when the settings are imported, the System Manager ID and PIN that have been used until then may no longer be valid for login.

The report is created in Japanese if the display language of the machine immediately after the import is Japanese, and created in English if the display language is other than Japanese.
