Printing from the Annotation Editor Screen
You can print the displayed document using the printer specified from the Annotation Editor screen.
If you add an annotation to your document and then print it with Annotation Editor, the annotation is also printed.
The [Print] button is useful when printing one copy of all pages.
To select a printer and specify the number of copies or the print range, use the [File] menu.

The output paper size used when printing from the Annotation Editor screen is automatically selected according to the size of each page of the original.
If you started Annotation Editor from Document Binder, you cannot select [Print].

Printing One Copy of All Pages
1.
Click
on the
Toolbar.
One copy of all pages of the currently displayed document is printed.

If buttons are not displayed on the Annotation Editor Toolbar, set the buttons on the Toolbar. For more information, see the following.
The printer used when pressing the button in the Toolbar is the one that has been specified when you performed printing in the [File] menu > [Print]. Each time the printing is performed using [File] menu > [Print], the printer to be used is updated.

Specifying the Printer/Number of Copies/Print Range
1.
Select the [File] menu > [Print].
The [Print] dialog box is displayed.

In [Printer Name], select the printer to use.
3.
To specify the number of copies to print, enter the number in [Copies].
4.
To specify the pages to print, select [Print Pages] in [Print Target] and specify the page number in the displayed [Print Range].
You can use the following formats to specify the page numbers using up to 1,024 characters.
When printing from page a to the last page: a-
("a" indicates the page number to start printing)
When printing from the first page to page n: -b
("b" indicates the page number to end printing)
When printing continuous pages: a-b
("a" and "b" indicate the page numbers to start and end printing respectively)
When printing discontinuous pages: c,d
("c" and "d" indicate the individual page numbers to print, separated by commas)
The entry order of page numbers is not the order of printing. Even when you enter "1,2" or "2,1", pages are printed in the order "1,2."
5.
Select [Print annotations] if you want to also print annotations.
6.
Select the [Enlarge/reduce original page to fit paper] check box to print the document by enlarging/reducing it to fit the paper size.

The settings configured here are reflected when you print using the printer output icon while [Prioritize Annotation Editor] is selected in the [System Settings] dialog box.

7.
Click [OK].
The printing starts.
