Sending/Receiving Faxes on a Computer
You can use Desktop to perform all operations for sending and receiving faxes on a computer. It is not necessary to operate a printer to send faxes or go to a printer to retrieve received faxes.
It is necessary to install a fax driver on your computer to send and receive faxes with Desktop.

Enabling Received Faxes to Be Opened in Desktop
The following settings are required to enable received faxes to be opened in Desktop.
Printer function for forwarding received faxes
Register the destination to forward received faxes set on the printer in a Desktop library to, or set it as the transfer source folder
