Managing Faxes

You can use Desktop to manage the status of sending and receiving faxes. To manage faxes, it is necessary to register the fax drivers you want to manage in Desktop. Also, if you register fax machines in Desktop, you can display popup notifications when sending or receiving is complete.

Displaying Notifications for Received Fax Documents

If the fax drivers registered in Desktop are being monitored, popup notifications are displayed when faxes are received. Notifications are also displayed when the forwarding destination for received faxes is set to a folder monitored in Desktop.
