Setting User Information

You can set beforehand the user information needed to login to the device. The entered user information is used by the following functions.
Bluetooth device registration
Provide Address
Printer Control Panel Login
Also, the information you set can be used when printing.

Procedures

1.Tap [] in the upper right corner of the Canon PRINT Business home screen → [App Settings].
2.Tap [User Information].
3.Enter the user information.
[Log in as Guest user]:
Enables you to log in without using user information that can be set with this app.
[User Name]:
Enter the user name.
[Password]:
Enter the password.
When setting [Domain Name]
Enter the same domain name as the one needed when logging in to the device.
[Use the same user information when printing]:
The [User Name]/[Password]/[Domain Name] you set are applied in the following.
[Print Settings] > [Output Method] > [User Name]/[Domain Name]*1
[Authentication Mode] > [User Authentication] > [User Name]/[Password]*2
*1 [User Name]/[Domain Name] are not applied if they are left blank.
*2 The domain name is not used for user authenticated printing.
[Use the domain name when logging in to the printer]:
Enables you to log in using the domain name entered into [Domain Name], when using Bluetooth device registry and/or the [Provide Address]/[Printer Control Panel Login] function.
4.Tap [Done].

Result

The set user name is displayed in the [App Settings] screen > [User Information].
