Restricting the Machine's Functions

You can restrict the use of certain functions that may lead to information leaks or that are subject to misuse. It is also possible to completely disable the use of individual functions.
Restricting Access to Address Book and Sending Functions
You can set a PIN for the Address Book so that general users cannot make any changes, and you can limit the destinations that can be specified when sending faxes and scans. You can also set individual access numbers for specific contacts whose information you do not want to make available to everyone, so that only the users who know the number can access the destination.
