If you cannot view or edit the Address Book registered in the driver, the following causes can be considered. Follow the instructions described in "Remedy."
Cause
You have no access privileges for the destination folder of the Address Book.
Remedy1.
Request your administrator to assign you access privileges for the destination folder.
Remedy2.
Change the save location of the Address Book to a folder for which you have access privileges in [Select Destination] sheet > [Edit Address Book] dialog box > [Specify a Folder].
