Preventing Connection to Computer via USB Port
You can disable the USB port for computer connection on the right side of the machine to reduce the risk of information leakage.
Administrator privileges are required. The machine must be restarted to apply the settings.

On the control panel, press [Menu] in the [Home] screen. [Home] Screen

Press [Preferences] 
[External Interface] [USB Settings] [Use as USB Device]

If the login screen appears, enter the System Manager ID and PIN, and then press [Log In]. Logging In to the Machine

Restart the machine. Restarting the Machine
The settings are applied.
