Copying or fax sending or receiving failed due to insufficient available memory or because the maximum number of pages that can be processed at one time was exceeded. Alternatively, printing could not be performed due to the large file size.
If there is data waiting to be printed or sent by fax, wait until the processing is completed.
Check the Received Data Saved to the Memory of the Machine.
Print or forward data, as needed, and delete any unnecessary data.
When Copying, Divide the Original and Copy It.
When copying an original greater than 100 pages, divide it into batches, and copy it.
If You Received 999 Pages of a Fax, Have the Other Party Send the Subsequent Pages.
If the fax sent from the other party exceeds 1,000 pages, the machine prints or saves to memory pages 1 to 999 and deletes page 1,000 and beyond.
Have the other party resend page 1,000 and beyond.
When Sending a Fax, Divide the Original or Lower the Resolution.
When sending an original with many pages or sending it to multiple destinations, divide the original and send it.
If You Used Delayed Send or Redial Sending, Try Sending with Direct Send.
When Printing, Reduce the File Size or Divide the File.
Optimize the file to make it smaller, or divide the file and then print it.
