Troubleshoot by checking the items below.
Is the Paper Damp?
Turn the Dehumidification switch on. If the problem is still not resolved, load paper that is not damp.
Rear SideChanging the Custom Paper Settings may Improve the Situation.
Register the paper which tends to curl as custom paper and decreasing the specified value in [Adjust Gloss] of the registered custom paper may improve the situation.
