The storage device installed in the machine has "storage space" to save, share, and edit documents.

Editing Files without a Computer

By saving documents in a temporary storage space, "Mail Box," you can make simple edits to files, such as combining files and deleting pages from files. As the Mail Box does not require any special settings, you can get started using it quickly and easily. Once files are edited, you can handle them according to your purposes, such as printing.
