Printing the Registration Information and Settings

You can print the following lists to check information such as the registration information and settings of the machine:
NOTE
2-Sided Printing of Lists
By default, lists are printed on one side of paper. You can change the setting to print on both sides of paper. [Output Report Default Settings]
Paper Sizes and Types That Can Be Used for Printing Lists
Paper size: A3, B4, A4, legal, letter, 11" x 17"
Paper type: Plain, Recycled, Thin, Color
The above paper needs to be loaded in a paper source for which [Other Settings] in [Paper Source Auto Selection] is set to [On]. [Paper Source Auto Selection]
* Color paper can be used when [Consider Paper Type] for [Copy] of [Paper Source Auto Selection] is disabled.

Address List

You can print a list of the destinations registered in each address list in the Address Book.
* Destinations set with an access number are also printed.
* Personal address lists and user group address lists cannot be printed.

You can also print a list using Remote UI from a computer. Managing the Machine from a Computer (Remote UI)
Press [ Settings/Registration] [Set Destination] [Address Lists] select the address list to print press [Print List] [Yes]

Files in the Mail Box

You can print the list of the files saved in each Mail Box.
Print the list of the files in the Mail Box using the control panel. You cannot print it using Remote UI from a computer.
Press [Access Stored Files] on the [Home] screen [Mail Box] select the Mail Box you want to print press [Print List] [Yes]

Settings of the Machine

You can print a list of the setting information of the machine.
You can print a list for each type of information you want to check, such as the sending and receiving settings and network settings.
This section describes how to print a list using the control panel.
You can also print a list using Remote UI from a computer. Managing the Machine from a Computer (Remote UI)
* You cannot print a list of distribution destinations of the device information using Remote UI.

Configuring the Sending and Receiving Settings

Press [ Settings/Registration] [Function Settings] [Send] or [Receive/Forward] [Output Report] [TX/RX User Data List] [Yes]
The items changed from the default settings have "*" next to the set value.

Configuring the Fax Settings

Press [ Settings/Registration] [Function Settings] [Send] or [Receive/Forward] [Output Report] [Fax User Data List] [Yes]
The items changed from the default settings have "*" next to the set value.

Configuring the Forwarding Settings of Received Faxes and I-Faxes

Administrator or DeviceAdmin privileges are required.
Log in to the machine as an administrator press [ Settings/Registration] [Function Settings] [Receive/Forward] [Common Settings] [Forwarding Settings] [Print List] [Yes]

Configuring the Network Settings

Press [ Settings/Registration] [Preferences] [Network] [Output Report] [Yes]
The items changed from the default settings have "*" next to the set value.
The following items generated from the unique information of the machine always have "*."
IPv4 host name
IPv6 host name
mDNS name (mDNS setting)
Communication speed during operation (Ethernet driver setting)

Configuring the Settings for the LDAP Server Used for Destination Search and Registration

Administrator privileges are required.
Log in to the machine as an administrator press [ Settings/Registration] [Set Destination] [Register LDAP Server] [Print List] [Yes]

Setting the IPSec Policy

Administrator or NetworkAdmin privileges are required.
Log in to the machine as an administrator press [ Settings/Registration] [Preferences] [Network] [TCP/IP Settings] [IPSec Settings] [Print List] [Yes]

Distribution Destinations of the Device Information

Administrator privileges are required.
Log in to the machine as an administrator press [ Settings/Registration] [Management Settings] [Device Management] [Device Information Distribution Settings] [Register Destinations] in [Transmitting Settings]  [Print List] [Yes]

MEAP Application Information

You can a list of information such as the MEAP application and license information.
Print a list of application information using the control panel. You cannot print it using Remote UI from a computer.
Administrator privileges are required.
Log in to the machine as an administrator press [ Settings/Registration] [Management Settings] [License/Other] [MEAP Settings] [Print System Information] [Yes]

Printer Functions

You can print a list of the printer functions such as the setting details of Personality and a font list.
This section describes how to print a list using the control panel.
You can also print a list using Remote UI from a computer. Managing the Machine from a Computer (Remote UI)
Press [ Settings/Registration] [Function Settings] [Printer] [Output Report] select a printer operating mode (Personality)  select the item you want to print [Yes]
