Paper Sizes and Types That Can Be Used for Printing Lists
Paper size: A3, B4, A4, legal, letter, 11" x 17"
Paper type: Plain, Recycled, Thin, Color
The above paper needs to be loaded in a paper source for which [Other Settings] in [Paper Source Auto Selection] is set to [On]. [Paper Source Auto Selection]
* Color paper can be used when [Consider Paper Type] for [Copy] of [Paper Source Auto Selection] is disabled.
Address List
You can print a list of the destinations registered in each address list in the Address Book. * Destinations set with an access number are also printed. * Personal address lists and user group address lists cannot be printed.
Press [ Settings/Registration] [Set Destination] [Address Lists] select the address list to print press [Print List] [Yes]
Files in the Mail Box
You can print the list of the files saved in each Mail Box.
Print the list of the files in the Mail Box using the control panel. You cannot print it using Remote UI from a computer.
Press [Access Stored Files] on the [Home] screen [Mail Box] select the Mail Box you want to print press [Print List] [Yes]
Settings of the Machine
